This course aims to provide an understanding and application of 3G Principles, Gemba, Gembutsu, Genjitsu that work together to allow decision makers or managers to go directly to where the products are and where they are produced and see them with their own eyes. When this principles are followed correctly, decision makers and managers will have a better perspective and information that will allow them to make better decisions. Furthermore, when there is a problem on any production line, then according to 3G, by going to the Actual Spot and identifying the Actual Problem, appropriate action should be taken. 3G is called Real Location, Real Thing Concept. The test can be conveniently taken from the comfort of ones home, library, or workplace. Upon successful completion and passing of the test a digital certificate will be issued to validate ones achievement.
